Laura Wall Mansfield

  • With over 30 years as an entrepreneur, executive leader, contractor and business owner, Laura has learned the importance of strong, safe, resilient cultures.

    Her area of expertise is supporting companies across sectors to grow and evolve.  Laura’s ‘superpower’ is meeting people where they are, actively listening and engaging clients in the transformational work of building resilient, inclusive and connected teams.

    Laura has built, sold or spun off five companies. Her first, she founded when she was 19 years old. It was through trial and error with her own companies that Laura came to understand how to lead and manage people successfully.

    Described by Fast Company as a “cultural visionary,” Laura has learned many times over the impact that strong, vibrant, connected teams combined with intentional company culture has on the workplace.

    In addition to her Founder/CEO roles, Laura has also been a nonprofit Executive Director, a Board Member and strategy consultant for public and private companies as well as partnering with nonprofits and foundations to bring their missions and visions to life.

Cortney Rothman

  • Cortney Rothman is an International Coaching Federation award-winning executive and leadership coach specializing in unique transformational experiences for individuals, teams and groups. Cortney served as an internal, executive coach for Intel Corporation for six years and has worked with various companies such as Nike and Genentech. Working with a variety of modalities, from the Enneagram to emotional resiliency to equine assisted coaching, Cortney expertly balances business needs with human needs, ensuring holistic growth for individuals and organizations.

Lucila Gambino

  • Darby is an interdisciplinary operations wiz with C-Suite and Board experience in both the for-profit and non-profit spaces. Whether working with Fortune 50-500 clients or tech startups, she brings her continuous curiosity and cross-departmental bridge building capacity to turn organizational visions into realities. Darby is an Ops geek cut from a Project Manager's cloth with a love of the creative process, and is passionate about systems, processes and squashing the over-engineering of both. When she's not working, you'll find her dancing around the house, cooking, reading, hiking with dogs, and singing very enthusiastically in her car.

Tia B. Coachman

  • Tia B. Coachman is a seasoned leadership coach and executive HR consultant, bringing a dynamic blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and people-centered leadership to every space she enters. As the Founder and CEO of Affirma Consultancy, Tia partners with leaders in cultivating organizational cultures that balance empowerment and accountability, and to support leadership transformation.

Kelsey Miller

  • Kelsey Miller is a senior human resources executive and consultant who specializes in building intentional cultures, developing scalable people strategies, and guiding organizations through periods of transformation.     A certified SPHR, Kelsey holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BA from the University of San Francisco. She serves on the board of Reimagine Portland, NECC and volunteers with several local organizations that are focused on uplifting marginalized communities. Kelsey is also a fluent Spanish speaker, a house flipper and a proud mom of a University of Oregon Duck.

Birdie Maser

  • Birdie is a dedicated entrepreneur and holistic practitioner with over a decade of experience in alternative medicine, leadership, and community-driven initiatives. A proud Native American woman, she is deeply rooted in the elements and the intelligence of nature, offering her services with respect, connection, and humility. Since 2015, Birdie has been a passionate teacher, mentor, and guide, empowering individuals and entrepreneurs to connect with their innate potential and create lasting impact.

    With 10+ years of expertise in project management, event coordination, customer service, and executive assistance, Birdie excels in providing creative solutions to entrepreneurs, artists, and healing practitioners.     As a 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, Birdie leads transformative yoga classes, retreats, and workshops, blending movement, breath, and stillness to foster deep self-discovery and healing. She is committed to creating spaces that promote well-being and personal growth, rooted in the wisdom of both ancient practices and modern healing modalities.

Amber Golden

  • Amber Golden is an Executive Coach passionate about partnering with leaders to build their leadership legacy and achieve greater fulfillment through the power of emotional intelligence (EQ). She specializes in helping leaders enhance self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management skills.

    Amber’s mission is to create kinder, more compassionate workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive. Kenya Nelson

  • Kenya is an accountant with the heart of a teacher, dedicated to helping clients organize their finances, plan strategically, and understand how financial figures impact business decisions. Passionate about her family’s St. Croix roots, she resides in Frederiksted, St. Croix.

    From an early age, Kenya recognized her interest in business, love of organization, and passion for helping others, which naturally led her to a career in accounting. She also discovered a deep enjoyment in educating clients about the meaning behind the numbers. She holds a graduate degree in Accounting from Belmont University and is certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Go-Giver Certified Speaker and Coach, and doTERRA Wellness Consultant.

    KNS Solutions offers cloud-based concierge accounting services to professional service businesses worldwide. Kenya combines her expertise in accounting with a passion for teaching, guiding clients to organize their finances, plan effectively, and gain a clear understanding of how financial data influences business decisions. Ruby LaGrandeur

Colleen Butler

    Colleen has a scrappy ‘figure it out and get it done’ attitude that has led her through the gamut of professional experiences in a myriad of industries. She built a commercial urban organic farm in San Francisco at the dawn of the Farm to Table movement, practiced Corporate law in the tech industry, worked as a private investigator on multi-million dollar federal drug racketeering cases and launched an e-commerce platform for women-led brands. A serial entrepreneur, Colleen leads with curiosity, an unwavering desire to learn new things, endless optimism, and a deep passion to help people achieve their goals. She is a recovering attorney, passionate gender equity advocate, and mom to two amazing humans. And, if you need a stakeout, she’s your woman.  

    In her spare time, you’ll find her building communities, hiking in any type of forest, dancing to live music and traveling around the globe.

Kati Reardon

Alexis Braly James

Jesika Gavilanes

  • Jesika Gavilanes is an educator and a leader, has been involved with healthcare professional training and simulation-based education for over two decades, and has been at the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) for over 27 years. She received her master’s in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages in 2007 and completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy through Portland State University in July of 2024. Jesika was inducted as a member of the Fellows Academy for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare in 2024. In her role as Director of Operations Jesika supervises over 100 team members, including SimOps Specialists, Sensitive Exam Teaching Associate (SETA) Trainers, Simulated/Standardized Patient (SP) Trainers and their teams. With over 60,000 learner encounters every year, she and her teams collaborate in order to maintain standards of best practices.  

     

    Jesika has been in multiple leadership roles regionally and globally and currently serves as an invited member of the SSH Governing Council, is the Chair of the American College of Surgeons Accredited Education Institutes (ACS AEI) Administration & Management Committee and serves as an incident commander on the Academic and Research Emergency Operations Committee at OHSU. Jesika is a member of the Western States Simulation Alliance (WSSA), a committee member for the planning of the inaugural conference for this newly formed alliance. 

     

    Jesika is a lead faculty member with OHSU Global and has presented in Thailand, Panama City, Singapore, Mexico, and Spain, along with many simulation centers across the United States. Jesika is a member of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), the Society for Simulation in Europe (SESAM), the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL) and the Association for Standardized Patient Educators (ASPE). Jesika has been an invited speaker and presented numerous posters and podium presentations at annual international conferences on various topics within the field of simulation-based education.  
    She is an inducted Fellow of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare Academy (FSSH) and has most recently been invited to speak at SiMEX24 in Mexico City and SESAM in Valencia Spain. 

     

    Jesika's passion is on empowering teams, professional development pathways, psychological and physical safety and with a focus on learner equity. She is an advocate for social justice,  
    well-being, inclusion, mutual respect and belonging, with the goal of making an impact on health equity for patients and their families. 

Briea O’Dunn

  • Briea O'Duinn is a visionary advisor who helps founders and organizational leaders navigate complex change while staying true to their values. Born into a multicultural family and part of an international community from childhood, her foundation, combined with experiences spanning entrepreneurship, technology adoption, strategic planning, mindful communication, and win-win negotiation practices creates transformative leadership that bridges diverse perspectives with practical action.     In 2005, Briea co-founded A•VIBE, a custom software agency, serving as President until 2019. Over her tenure, she worked with organizations from all sectors to implement technology solutions that helped them grow and better serve their stakeholders.

    As Founder & CEO of Beset, Briea channels her passion for change advocacy into creating strategic ecosystems for impact-focused leaders. Her leadership approach integrates principles of mindful leadership—practices that help founders and their executive teams move through complex decisions with greater awareness and a broader perspective. Beset’s programs utilize Paloma Medina’s BICEPS framework, a model based on six neurological core human needs that when operationalized provide a powerful toolset for peer groups and organizations to navigate change and disruption while continuing to foster trust, and pursue timely opportunities together. 

    Briea enjoys advising founders of privately held companies as a long-term strategic thought partner and advisory board member. She is sought out for her 20 years of experience in driving online direct-to-consumer growth, technology implementation, succession and strategic planning, win-win negotiation, leadership team building, and future-focused design thinking.

    Through Beset, Briea is especially committed to supporting women entrepreneurs and executives. She founded the Women's Leadership Collective to expand this mission, offering transformative peer ecosystems that uplift women to lead with courage and clarity. Launched in the Columbia Gorge and now growing nationally, the Collective cultivates a dynamic community where women leaders grow organizations that create lasting change.

    Beyond Beset, Briea has been involved with the Women Presidents Organization, a global non-profit, for over a decade. She began as a member in 2012 and now serves as Chapter Chair. This role allows her to directly apply her experience in facilitation to support women-led companies, as well as be a part of an international community of change makers.

    Briea cherishes time with her two daughters, exploring the natural world, dancing around the living room, and traveling together. Whenever possible she schedules her work life to accommodate the strong pull she has to attend every softball and soccer game. 

Candice Quartermain

  • Candice is an expert in working with non verbal communication dynamics. Her capability to work with complex physiological, emotional and environmental sensitivities, alongside economic and ecological realities is how she delivers results. Being a parent of two, a certified Organic Intelligence Coach and an experienced horse whisper all contribute to the tools at play when co-creating with Candice. Everything Candice does is led with an intention to create the conditions to thrive. She works with leaders willing to show up whole, have tough conversations and do brave work.
