Laura Wall Mansfield

  • With over 30 years as an entrepreneur, executive leader, contractor and business owner, Laura has learned the importance of strong, safe, resilient cultures.

    Her area of expertise is supporting companies across sectors to grow and evolve.  Laura’s ‘superpower’ is meeting people where they are, actively listening and engaging clients in the transformational work of building resilient, inclusive and connected teams.

    Laura has built, sold or spun off five companies. Her first, she founded when she was 19 years old. It was through trial and error with her own companies that Laura came to understand how to lead and manage people successfully.

    Described by Fast Company as a “cultural visionary,” Laura has learned many times over the impact that strong, vibrant, connected teams combined with intentional company culture has on the workplace.

    In addition to her Founder/CEO roles, Laura has also been a nonprofit Executive Director, a Board Member and strategy consultant for public and private companies as well as partnering with nonprofits and foundations to bring their missions and visions to life.

Cortney Rothman

  • Cortney Rothman is an International Coaching Federation award-winning executive and leadership coach specializing in unique transformational experiences for individuals, teams and groups. Cortney served as an internal, executive coach for Intel Corporation for six years and has worked with various companies such as Nike and Genentech. Working with a variety of modalities, from the Enneagram to emotional resiliency to equine assisted coaching, Cortney expertly balances business needs with human needs, ensuring holistic growth for individuals and organizations.

Tia B. Coachman

  • Tia B. Coachman is a seasoned leadership coach and executive HR consultant, bringing a dynamic blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and people-centered leadership to every space she enters. As the Founder and CEO of Affirma Consultancy, Tia partners with leaders in cultivating organizational cultures that balance empowerment and accountability, and to support leadership transformation.

    A trusted leadership coach, workshop facilitator, keynote speaker, and panelist, Tia is known for her engaging style and ability to foster authentic connection and growth. She also serves as a fractional HR executive and Board Director, guiding organizations through complex people strategies with a clear, values-driven approach.

Kelsey Miller

  • Kelsey Miller is a senior human resources executive and consultant who specializes in building intentional cultures, developing scalable people strategies, and guiding organizations through periods of transformation. With over two decades of experience across technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, Kelsey partners with leadership teams to align talent strategy with business goals—enhancing engagement, enabling growth, and driving operational clarity.

    Kelsey brings a systems-thinking lens to her work and a passion for creating workplaces where both people and companies can thrive. She’s an expert at developing and implementing sustainable solutions that meet the needs of organizations and their employees. She’s known by executive teams for her success in leading through change at all levels of the organization and driving long term adoption. 

    A certified SPHR, Kelsey holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BA from the University of San Francisco. She serves on the board of Reimagine Portland, NECC and volunteers with several local organizations that are focused on uplifting marginalized communities. Kelsey is also a fluent Spanish speaker, a house flipper and a proud mom of a University of Oregon Duck.

Birdie Maser

  • Birdie is a dedicated entrepreneur and holistic practitioner with over a decade of experience in alternative medicine, leadership, and community-driven initiatives. A proud Native American woman, she is deeply rooted in the elements and the intelligence of nature, offering her services with respect, connection, and humility. Since 2015, Birdie has been a passionate teacher, mentor, and guide, empowering individuals and entrepreneurs to connect with their innate potential and create lasting impact.

    With 10+ years of expertise in project management, event coordination, customer service, and executive assistance, Birdie excels in providing creative solutions to entrepreneurs, artists, and healing practitioners. She offers strategic support in managing projects, email maintenance, scheduling, and organizing, allowing others to focus on their growth and business development.

    As a 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, Birdie leads transformative yoga classes, retreats, and workshops, blending movement, breath, and stillness to foster deep self-discovery and healing. She is committed to creating spaces that promote well-being and personal growth, rooted in the wisdom of both ancient practices and modern healing modalities.

Amber Golden

  • Amber Golden is an Executive Coach passionate about partnering with leaders to build their leadership legacy and achieve greater fulfillment through the power of emotional intelligence (EQ). She specializes in helping leaders enhance self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management skills.

    Amber’s mission is to create kinder, more compassionate workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive. She believes that by mastering EQ, leaders can improve decision-making, build stronger relationships, resolve conflicts effectively, and enhance employee engagement. Kenya Nelson

  • Kenya is an accountant with the heart of a teacher, dedicated to helping clients organize their finances, plan strategically, and understand how financial figures impact business decisions. Passionate about her family’s St. Croix roots, she resides in Frederiksted, St. Croix.

    From an early age, Kenya recognized her interest in business, love of organization, and passion for helping others, which naturally led her to a career in accounting. She also discovered a deep enjoyment in educating clients about the meaning behind the numbers. She holds a graduate degree in Accounting from Belmont University and is certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Go-Giver Certified Speaker and Coach, and doTERRA Wellness Consultant.

    KNS Solutions offers cloud-based concierge accounting services to professional service businesses worldwide. Kenya combines her expertise in accounting with a passion for teaching, guiding clients to organize their finances, plan effectively, and gain a clear understanding of how financial data influences business decisions. She believes that when business owners have a clear financial picture, they can focus on growth.     Colleen has a scrappy ‘figure it out and get it done’ attitude that has led her through the gamut of professional experiences in a myriad of industries. She built a commercial urban organic farm in San Francisco at the dawn of the Farm to Table movement, practiced Corporate law in the tech industry, worked as a private investigator on multi-million dollar federal drug racketeering cases and launched an e-commerce platform for women-led brands. A serial entrepreneur, Colleen leads with curiosity, an unwavering desire to learn new things, endless optimism, and a deep passion to help people achieve their goals. She is a recovering attorney, passionate gender equity advocate, and mom to two amazing humans. And, if you need a stakeout, she’s your woman.  

    In her spare time, you’ll find her building communities, hiking in any type of forest, dancing to live music and traveling around the globe.

Kati Reardon

Candice Quartermain

  • Candice is an expert in working with non verbal communication dynamics. Her capability to work with complex physiological, emotional and environmental sensitivities, alongside economic and ecological realities is how she delivers results. Being a parent of two, a certified Organic Intelligence Coach and an experienced horse whisper all contribute to the tools at play when co-creating with Candice. Everything Candice does is led with an intention to create the conditions to thrive. She works with leaders willing to show up whole, have tough conversations and do brave work.

Darby Strong

  • Darby is an interdisciplinary operations wiz with C-Suite and Board experience in both the for-profit and non-profit spaces. Whether working with Fortune 50-500 clients or tech startups, she brings her continuous curiosity and cross-departmental bridge building capacity to turn organizational visions into realities. Darby is an Ops geek cut from a Project Manager's cloth with a love of the creative process, and is passionate about systems, processes and squashing the over-engineering of both. When she's not working, you'll find her dancing around the house, cooking, reading, hiking with dogs, and singing very enthusiastically in her car.

Bea Rataj

  • Bea is an Executive & Leadership Coach and skilled facilitator who specializes in guiding leaders and teams to drive cultural transformation through embodied leadership and needs-based coaching.
